Our modern comfort menu will appeal to the average Midwest tourist and jet setting yachters alike. Traditional farm favorites like Biscuits and Gravy, a Rueben Sandwich, and Steak and Eggs will be featured along side of modern farm favorites like Creamed Spinach and Roasted heirloom Tomatoes on homemade Rye Toast, as well as an Escarole, Watercress, and Goat Cheese Salad. Our house-roasted coffee will be featured with an eclectic list of local beer and wine as well as a unique list of homemade NA tonics.
The dining room will emulate a modern cabin or farmhouse with reclaimed wood and industrial modern design accents. There will be an accent wall covered in custom hand printed wallpaper designed and created by our own printing shop. Our extensive background in design and hands on experience in creation will ensure an aesthetically cohesive and functional dining room.
Farmhouse will be sourcing food from local purveyors as much as possible. Vendors include; meat from Angel Acres and Maple hill farm, Cheese from sassy Nanny Goat farm, and Happy Hollow creamery, vegetable and herbs from deep roots Farm. When local is not possible we have established a relationship with Upper Lakes Food Distributor who provides organic products to fill the gaps.
